User Menu

We can see a button called «User Menu» , this works as a changer between that menu and the administrator menu.

While we are in the “User Menu” different buttons related to the menu in question will appear.

  • Changes: Allows you to make cash changes automatically, and there are several change options depending on the need:

☑Custom.
☑ Logical.
☑Up.
☑Down.
☑ Tickets only.
☑ Coins only .

  • Deferred : Allows you to see if any deferred sale is pending payment.
  • Re sync : By default ImaCash shows the sales of the last 7 days, with «Re sync» we can tell it from when we want it to show us.
  • Manual Sale : Allows you to make a sale without going through the cash control machine.
  • Jams : Allows you to see if there are any pending discrepancies, due to a jam or malfunction of the machine and to have it returned to you.
  • Open Cover : Opens the security cover of the cash control machine (Only SafePay) .

Changes

It allows cash changes to be made automatically, and there are several
exchange options depending on the need:

Personalized

The User chooses which quantity changes manually.

Logical

This option allows “intelligent” changes with a minimum of coins and the rest in bills. The minimum amount for this function is a $10 note.

Above

It allows the least amount of change, to the highest possible step within the change, as it could be; “$5+$5 = A $10 bill .

Below

It allows the change of greater quantity, to the next possible lower step within the change, as it could be; “A €10 bill = €5+5€ .

Bills Only

Returns the change entered, all in bills.

Coins Only

Returns the change entered, all in coins.

Postponed

Allows you to see if there are sales pending payment.

Here will go all those sales, that in the paid window the postpone button is pressed.⬇

ReSync

By default ImaCash shows the sales of the last 7 days , with «Re sync» we can tell it from when we want it to show us.

ATTENTION!

This operation will delete all sales that are currently displayed on the «Pending Payments» or «Refunds» screen . Deferred sales are not deleted during this operation. If you want them to be deleted, you must activate the option: Settings> Postponed Re Sync

Manual sale

It allows you to make a sale without going through the integration.
When pressing “Manual Sale” the following user selection window will appear:

Next, the «Manual Sale (User) « window will appear where we must enter the «Amount» and the «Concept» (if desired) , then we will press the hand icon and the operation will be carried out

Jams

It allows you to see if there are any pending discrepancies, due to a jam or malfunction of the machine and to have it returned to you.

The discrepancies tab will be activated, where we can observe the «Amount» and the «Date» and thus «Claim» the jam or «Delete» the operation if it had already been recovered.

Open Lid

This function is only valid and visible if a “SafePay” from “Gunnebo” is installed .
Open the security cover of the cash control machine.
