Admin Menu

We can see a button called «Admin Menu» , this works as a changer between that menu and the «User Menu» .

While we are in the «Admin Menu» different buttons related to the menu in question will appear (some machines may not have this function).
Note: By default, to access the options in this menu you must have administrator privileges and «User» and «Password» will be required to access the different options.

Reports

It allows access to all the information and results made with the client’s machine or POS.

Transactions:
We can find all the information regarding transactions between the dates and the filters established in the search.

Empties:
We will be able to find all the information regarding the empties between the dates established in the search.

Withdrawals:
We can find all the information regarding those withdrawn between the dates established in the search.

Filling:
We can find all the information regarding the fillings between the dates established in the search.

Changes:
We can find all the information regarding changes between the dates established in the search.

Machine Admin

It allows you to manage the cash control machine and some options may vary depending on the machine you have installed.

Movements:
We will have the option of filling or dispensing cash in the machine manually.

Discrepancies:
We may see errors in the cash return of the respective machines or the POS, claim them or eliminate them. In some machines, we can access this option through the Main Menu with the reference “Jams” or “Discrepancies” .

Inventory:
We can easily see how much money there is in total inside the cash control machine. We can find different information regarding the inventory of the machine:

• Non-recyclable: Those cash that cannot be reused and/or require the machine are in the cassette / stacker.
• Recyclable: That cash that the machine can reuse for its operations.
• Total: The total quantity that exists in the machine at that moment.

Emptying:
It will allow different types of emptying of the cash control machine, some options may not appear the same as those in the image, since it depends on the cash control machine.

• Unique: The user determines what amounts he wants to empty.
• Full: Empty the coin and bill machine.
• Base: Empty only the banknotes.

• Work: Empty the amount greater than the marked denomination. It is configured from the left button of the button.⬇
• Specific fund: Empty until leaving the amount marked on the machine. It is configured from the left button of the button.⬇

• Empty Configuration: By pressing the configuration icon we will see the following windows, depending on the type we choose, it will perform a function.

• Work: Here we will mark all those minimum denominations that we want to remain available in the machine. If the machine allows it, we can mark the option «Leave coins» to only empty the bills.
• Specific: We will introduce the quantity that we wish to dispose of in the machine. If the machine allows it, we can mark the option «Leave coins» to only empty the bills and it will try to get as close as possible.

Maintenance:
Allows access to different maintenance options for the cash control machine. These options may vary depending on the machine we have.

SETTINGS

◽ Sync Interval: Time that RCScash takes to make a query to the server.

◽ Sync range: When we perform a «Re sync» all the transactions made in that period of time will appear.

◽ Resolution: Allows you to configure the RCScash display to better adapt to the different RCScash resolutions.

◽ RCScash-ID: Allows you to put an identifier to RCScash and thus be able to differentiate them.

◽ Maximum returns up to: Set the maximum money that can be dispensed with returns.

◽ Maximum transactions up to: Set the maximum money that can be dispensed with general transactions.

◽ Refunds without login up to: Configure the maximum money that can be dispensed without login.

◽ Printer: Select the printer to print the tickets.

◽ Characters: Maximum number of characters that the printer will have.

◽ Tickets: We have different types for printing that will appear by default during transactions.

◽ Start minimized: Allows RCScash to start minimized.

◽ Divisible Payment: Allows the use of Divisible Payment.

◽ Auto payment: Automatically displays the sale window.

◽ Floating Icon: Shows a small scrollable icon to bring RCScash to the foreground or background as needed.

◽ Convert to card: Show an icon on the payment form to convert effective sales to card directly.

◽ Postponed Reason: Allows you to put a concept in deferred sales.

◽ Maxi Payment: Maximize to pay and minimize at the end.

◽ Automatic payment window: Shows the payment form automatically when receiving a new sale.

◽ Secondary payment window: Shows a secondary information form so that the customer can see the operation.

◽ Accept card payments: Allows you to accept showing card payments. These sales only appear if the integration allows it.

◽Payment without window: Allows you to hide the payment screen (it is important that if you activate this option you also activate the Floating Icon).

◽ Postponed Re sync: Allows you to configure the Re sync so that it also deletes the postponed information. This operation cannot be undone and removes the information from the notes.

◽ Manual sales with EAN: Allows sales to be made with barcodes from manual sales. The codes created by the software must have this composition in order for RCScash to recognize it.

◽ ImaBar: Allows you to put a minimum RCScash bar at the bottom or top.

◽ Rounding: Allows transactions to be rounded in order to avoid cent spikes.

◽ ImaExplorer: Show / Hide browser function in RCScash.

◽ Restart: Allows the program to automatically restart at a certain time if RCScash is connected.

◽ Real-time inventory: Shows the «EYE» from the main menu, activating this option slows down the operation.

◽ Machine status: Allows you to view the errors of some machines.

◽ Login to defer: It will display the login screen when you try to defer.

◽ Login for returns: Will activate the login for returns as chosen.

◽RCScash: It will request a login for those returns that are part of RCScash itself.

◽ Integration: It will request a login for those returns that come from the integrated software.

◽ Login for changes: Will show the login screen when you try to access changes.

◽ EAN13 login: Users must use a barcode to authenticate.

◽ Login to cancel: It will show the login screen when you try to cancel sales.

◽ User Changes: It will request a user when a change is made.

◽ NFC Login: This function allows you to activate the use of NFC devices, we must mark in the drop-down the location of the port where it is connected for correct communication.

◽ Login to group: It will show the login screen when you try to group sales.

◽ Login dropdown: It will show a dropdown in the login to choose the user.

◽ User Session: Allows you to control the time that the sessions last from when we put the password, to avoid constantly putting the password since we registered.
